Meet the Chef
Chef Scott West started his culinary career in Orlando, Florida as a line cook in various restaurants throughout high school. After graduating, he took his talents to Miami to start cooking at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach and later the Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour. It was in Miami where he found his passion and love for culinary arts. This semi-private area seats up to 80 guests and is ideal for large gatherings.
The Shula’s Story

Established in 1989, Shula’s Steak House started with one goal in mind – to carry on the legacy of Coach Don Shula, one of the greatest coaches in NFL history.
